AgSelect.com is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Information is collected in different points on our website:

Log Files

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Order Checkout and Registration

We request information from our customers on our order checkout and registration pages. Customers must provide contact information such as name, phone number, shipping address, and payment information. This information is used for billing and delivery purposes. If we have difficulty processing an order, the contact information is used to get in touch with the customer.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on your hard drive, containing information about the customer. Use of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site.

Sharing

We use outside shipping companies to ship orders and a credit card processing company to bill users for our products. Contact information, and customer identification will be provided to them in order to carry out billing and delivery.

Because of territorial exclusivity agreements between the manufacturer and other distributors of the JUG Livestock Waterer product line, AgSelect.com will provide those distributors with contact information of customers who purchase those products for delivery into territories covered in the agreements.

Opt In

When registering as a customer for AgSelect.com, you have the option to accept email notification of promotions, special offers, or notices from AgSelect.com. If you would prefer not to receive these emails, please take care to avoid checking the opt in box.

If at anytime you would like to remove your email address from our distribution list, you may opt out by emailing service@agselect.com or by following the instructions included at the bottom of any email distribution.

AgSelect.com will continue to email order confirmations, shipping notifications, and emails notifying the customer of other specific order related issues.

Security

AgSelect.com takes every precaution to protect our customers' information. When customers submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and off-line.

When our registration/order form asks customers to enter sensitive information such as credit card number, phone numbers and addresses, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry SSL. To see whether you are on a secure page while using Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, look for the lock icon at the bottom of the browser window. If the lock is in the unlocked position, the page is not secure. If the lock is in the locked position, you are on a secure page and all information is encrypted using SSL.
